The venue was clean, had friendly staff during our checkout, we stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed the exceptional food at the restaurant, and had a fantastic view of the courtyard.

The room was well-designed and silent with amazing views. It had a mini bar and a writing table. The stylish decoration in the rooms was great. The location was lovely and perfect for a business trip.

Our room was cool and old-school, with its own little outdoor space, a comfy hangout area, and a super high ceiling. The hotel was right in the middle of everything! 🌆

Quaint and luxurious hotel with respectful staff upon our check-out, thoroughly enjoyed our staying. The restaurant here was good which has outstanding food, we both ordered outstanding dishes.

The room was modern and had a balcony. The staff were accommodating and pleasant, they did everything to ensure a nice stay. The service was excellent with a great attached restaurant. Convenient parking nearby. Fantastic location, just a short walk from a cable-stayed bridge. Airport is only 12 miles away.

The room is nicely laid out with a mini bar, cozy lounge area, and a useful writing desk. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful when we checked out, making us feel really welcome. Plus, everything in the room looked brand-spanking new! 🌟

I had a great stay at this place. The location is very convenient, in a nice area for those who want to escape from the crowded center. The staff has great service and was always accommodating to my special request. The facilities are top-notch, with a fitness center, free wi-fi, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was amazing, with comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, and a flat-screen tv. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting activities and places to visit. I especially loved the food delivery service and the outdoor dining area.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

1) Excellent location. Coming to New York City, I try to stay in the Seaport area, because the air is clean (no unpleasant smells that are typical of other areas of Manhattan), no crowds of tourists, near Brooklyn Bridge, near a lot of nice cafes, bars and restaurants, within walking distance of the subway, near Wall Street, near Battery Park with ferries to the Statue of Liberty, the beginning of Broadway, etc. . 2) The hotel and room are clean... 3) The hotel is quiet because the neighborhood is quiet enough (by New York standards), but there's virtually no nightly noise. It's not often found in New York hotels, usually more noisy... 4) The staff is polite, quick to solve all problems. . . 5) There is pleasant jazz in the hotel lobby, and a couple of times a week there are chamber jazz concerts... 6) The hotel has the opportunity to take free bikes and ride around New York City. Really, only until sunset... 7) Quality, delicious breakfasts (although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel all the time, as there are a lot of good breakfast spots around).

1) We cleaned twice during the stay only after a reminder... 2) There is no coffee maker or kettle in the room (which is surprising for American hotels - this is my seventh visit to the U.S. and it was the first time I did not find a kettle and a coffee maker in my room)). ).. 3) The cost. But this is common to all hotels in New York: if you want to live in a decent place, not in a poor and murdered American hotel, you have to pay... 4) Deposit. At least $300 will be withdrawn from the card upon check-in as a refundable deposit. This is a frequent practice in American hotels, although I have lived in hotels in the United States several times without a deposit.

Well-renovated room with modern decor. Incredibly comfortable beds, like sleeping on clouds. Friendly reception staff offered water and bellinis upon arrival. Conveniently located near World Trade Centre and Fulton St. Subway Station. Adjacent to the vibrant Seaport area with great restaurants and a picturesque Brooklyn Bridge view.

Super helpful staff, the views of the Bay are just breathtaking. The rooms here are top-notch and really nice, made my stay so enjoyable with such friendly service and staff. 😊
